I just sold a house, had to get a temporary in place for about a week. I had cats to find homes, and also had to find a way a vehicle. The Apex inn was just a couple miles away. The staff here is really friendly and the room I was in was clean it had a 50"-55" " big screen . I highly recommend this Inn as it had everything I needed. And they are pet friendly. Free ice and normal items are refreshed each day. There wasn't breakfast. They stop because of health reasons related to COVID, not their choice. There is a pool, if it was hotter I would have jumped in. Easy to use washers and dryers.close to convince stores gas station and a couple restaurants. The bowling alley next door is a fun place to hang out after work or weekends. So there is a lot to do. I can recommend this motel. Only issue I had was some of the guests that stayed around ne, were not the quiet type. Had a few small kids running up and down the stairs and in the room above me, sounded like they were training for the Olympics, but they were in bed early. A few others did the same thing, my last night here. The guests above me were arguing for a few hours, and the one above me, at 3am it sounded like they were re-arranging the furniture. No lie, I'm not one to complain or call anyone. But where are your manners, people are just idiots sometimes. I'm not perfect, but I would try not to make noise all night. A few kids had a stereo basting the bass. I just turned up the TV. Anyway, not a bad business. If they could potty train some of their guests, or give them a manners book. I didn't want to complain and start a fight. So there it is. Good place to stay if you get good neighbors

I stayed there for two night for my office trip. Room was clean ,I got best deal on room , mattress was new , new carpet and new paint,even bed spread was new. There is no bug,cockroaches nor ants. I got peacefully sleep during my stay .

The manager is one of the nicest humblest people you'll ever meet. He was so helpful so kind and a positive attitude. The Rooms are big clean and cozy they are in the middle of a Mini make over and you could tell it's gonna be amazing when it's done

I greatly enjoyed my stay here. The room was very newly remodeled, impeccable cleanleeness, quiet, and upkept. It will definitely surprise you, as it may appear more aged from the street view, but the inside and the outstanding customer service far out shine the appearance of the building. The housekeeping staff is respectful and kind. They respect privacy and work very hard. The front desk staff go above and beyond to lend a hand and help in anyway. I am extremely pleased with how well this hotel is maintained and how caring the staff is.

This motel is by far one of the best in Modesto! DEFINITELY NO MOTEL 6.The room I was in was big clean and (NO BUGS) the manager is super nice and humble. He went above and beyond to Accommodate me. Defiantly recommend...... worth every dollar..

Very nice & clean. Only the lock on the door to get was ice was broke,so no ice & had trouble with the remote to the TV

Very comfortable hotel and good amenities for the price point. Jerry in the office was kind, patient, and personable.
